The holiday classic soars off the screen in this Broadway Junior, 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved television special. Filled with holiday hits like "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Holly Jolly Christmas," Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer™ JR. features all of your favorite characters including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph. It’s an adventure that teaches us that what makes you different can be what makes you special.
Because of his shiny nose, Rudolph doesn't feel like he belongs in Christmastown and sets off to find a place that accepts him. Along his journey, he encounters fellow misfits, only to realize that home is where he has belonged the whole time. When a storm threatens to keep Santa's sleigh from taking flight, it's up to Rudolph to save Christmas!
Public ticketing begins November 2, 2026.
Last summer’s FTA Musical: Willy Wonka Jr!
This year, our youth education program consists of a Fall Semester during the school year and a summer camp. The fall semester is open to students in grades 2nd - 12th. We will focus on beginning acting and basic theatrical terms and skills.
Classes are limited to 35 students per school semester.
Each semester ends with a performance on the FTC stage. Scholarships are available upon request.
Class sizes are limited so early registration is highly recommended.
Students will work with experienced directors and production designers. They will learn music, choreography, character development,
and backstage elements.
Classes during the fall are held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30-6:30 PM, with Tech Week being every day until performances.
Think of Tech Week as the ultimate dress rehearsal. It is the final, intense week before opening night where the cast and the technical crew
sync up all the lights, sounds, and scene changes to make sure the show runs flawlessly.
FTA enrollment is a first come first serve program. Scholarships and payment plans are AVAILABLE.
